IO report 4

After that, I sit in the canteen and surf the internet getting some info for my ECN report till very late.
I did not get a satisfied score for my IO report 4, I just wondering why our IO report can be evaluated by an English teacher who taugh us business communication. Actually, I heard many of students complaint about this.
I respect my business communication lecturer, he is a nice and professional lecturer, i have to say, i like him.
However, I am doubt about his knowledge about other business field, such as marketing, economics, finance, etc.
somehow, I felt the educational quality level is decreased here due to many reasons, such as not enough high-level teachers etc.
